IT Services
Trianz provide IT services by leveraging its strong delivery offshore capabilities in India. We provide IT services in two categories, each servicing distinct client groups. While we serve the CIO function with our Enterprise IT Services practice, we serve the R&D function in technology-intensive companies through our Product Engineering Services.

This practice is dedicated to ensuring client business needs are met through the strategic deployment of packaged technology solutions. Trianz is a Certified Advantage Partner with Oracle and carries deep experience in enterprise applications solutions from Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Optimization through Financials and Enterprise Data Management. Our Enterprise Applications Services groups combine industry and systems solution domain expertise for rapid solution deployment under the Oracle umbrella. Our efforts in this area have been extremely well-received by our clients and partners alike and Trianz is a recent winner of the prestigious Oracle Titan Award, a recognition given to less than 20 out of the 19,000 Oracle partners annually.

Project Management & Program Management
Working in the Project Management capacity within Trianz offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients in determining a clear definition of business requirements at strategic and tactical levels. These requirements will then be developed into a roadmap for the successful project execution, utilizing Trianz’s delivery framework. Trianz’s PMO function is responsible for delivering clients’ projects successfully by employing best practices and standards. Best practices and standards are maintained by routine auditing of projects to ensure compliance and project health through Trianz’s delivery framework, mentoring and training of the project managers and regular interfacing with executive management.

Solution Design
Solution design is an integral part of delivering client projects successfully. Trianz takes a disciplined approach to generating creative and communicable technical designs which align to the business solutions that the client-stakeholders ultimately aim to achieve. Solution design experts are focused on integrating disparate systems in order to deliver cohesive functional solutions to the clients’ business users.

Technical
A Technical expert working within Trianz is involved in all areas of development and support of applications that are implemented or enhanced for the clients, including planning, organization, coordination, analysis, programming and testing. Technical Managers develop and maintain code for customized applications as well as enterprise applications.

BPO Services
Trianz BPO Services help achieve cost optimization, and economies of scale. Unlike traditional BPO models which sometimes fail to unlock value through the value chain, Trianz follows a different approach. Through our ‘core vs. context’ approach, we help clients focus their internal resources toward business processes that are ‘core to the business’ while leveraging our capabilities for ‘context’ oriented tasks and activities. It is with this approach that we deliver economies of scale, company-wide cost competitiveness, and help redeploy company personnel into key core operations rather than contextual activities. Manager
Managers within the outsourcing service line oversee multiple small and large projects focused on maintaining and developing strong client relationships. Engagement Director
An engagement director provides comprehensive management of the entire business process – including scope, work plan, team management, delivery and client satisfaction.
